SanDisk Extreme PRO microSDXC (128 Go)

MicroSDXC UHS-I card (V30/U3 class).

Level : Intermediate

Designed to guarantee stable write speeds (up to 140 MB/s write, 200 MB/s read), this memory card eliminates dropped frames during high-bitrate 4K or 5K recording on action cameras and drones.

What the community says

This card is recommended for a measurable reason: sustained write speed. That is what feedback highlights, long 4K recordings hold their bitrate where lower-rated cards fall over. The most repeated caution is not technical: counterfeits are rife on marketplaces, so the seller has to be checked — advice most experienced users share.

Strengths and highlights

→Stable sustained write speed: the argument in feedback, long 4K recordings hold their bitrate without dropping out.
→Rated U3 / V30, which covers most of the bitrates drones and action cameras demand.
→Long warranty advertised by the manufacturer, regularly highlighted to justify the price gap.

Our verdict

The safe choice for a drone, an action cam or a camera recording sustained 4K. For simple, occasional storage, a cheaper card will do just as well.

Frequently asked questions

Why the Extreme PRO rather than the classic Extreme?∨

The PRO version ensures a more stable sustained write speed, which is critical if you shoot high-bitrate 4K (like the D-Log M format on DJI drones) so you don't drop a single frame.

How do I avoid buying a counterfeit?∨

Buy from the official SanDisk store on Amazon — that is the only reliable way. Copies of this reference circulate widely, and a counterfeit card loses both its warranty and its speed.

Why does the V30 / U3 class matter?∨

It is the threshold that guarantees sustained writes for 4K at 60 frames per second without dropping out. A lower-rated card fills its buffer and stops recording.
